1. Describe your style in 5 words or less: “Ever changing yet always timeless.”

2. Who/what are your greatest style influences? “Kate Lanphear, Amanda Brooks, Stevie Nicks, Anna Dello Russo”

3. What are your wardrobe necessities? “Such a hard question… Im not really attached to anything but my bags. If you have an amazing bag, you can pull off a lot more than you think. They are investment pieces and can last for generations.”

4. Whose closet would you want to raid? “Living: Kate Lanphear, Kate Moss, the Olsen Twins aha”

5. Favorite accessories: “Bags + Sunglasses.”

6. Where do you shop? “I shop wherever there is a shop to shop. I love to shop. I shop while I work, I shop at night online, I shop on my days off, on my break, in my dreams. I have problems… I love everything from Barneys to vintage stores to trendy online retailers.”

7. Who’s your best shopping partner? “My cousin Ashley. She is the only person who can keep up with my fast pace excursions and has similar taste to me. We are just on the same page.”

8. Favorite trend of all time: “So many, I love asymmetrical cuts, deconstructed pieces, raw edges but also classic silhouettes. I love the minimalistic trends that reflect brands such as Jil Sander, but au contraire, I love the free bohemian 1970s look just the same.”

9. Fashion trend you hate: “I’m not a fan of the 80s, don’t ask me why, we just don’t jive.”

10. style over comfort? Or comfort over style? “This always depends on the task at hand. I’m not one of those girls who can’t leave her house without looking amazing all the time. I believe that style naturally bleeds over into your comfort clothes just as easily as it does in anything else you wear. You cant carbon copy that.”

11. I’d rather be dead than be caught wearing.. “Ed Hardy or anything near it”

12. Ultimate shopping advice: “-Don’t be afraid to take a leap of faith in your purchases. Some of the most amazing things I own are things I pushed myself into. We get in the habitual process of buying variations if not the same thing over and over again.
-Also, don’t be afraid to part with things if they are trendy. You want to evolve and refine your wardrobe not suppress it.
-Lastly, its never a bad idea to inventory and make a list of the things you need. If you know where your wardrobe is weak, you wont make bad purchase decisions. You should always think about how you can maximize an item beyond one or two looks. “
